A quiet letter sent from my studio in the wilds of West Cork.
A small offering, created slowly alongside my work.
Each month, I send a physical letter — a few pages of writing, fragments of process, and a small printed piece of my artwork.
It’s something to hold onto.
Something that doesn’t disappear.
What you receive
Each letter includes:
– A written letter (reflections, process, place)
– A small printed artwork (postcard-sized)
– Occasional extras — a sketch, a photograph, or a note
Everything is printed and prepared in small batches, and sent by post.
A slower way of sharing…
This a slower, more personal way of sharing and staying connected to something that can easily feel lost —
it comes from quiet moments, from the space between canvas and thought.
Where this comes from
I live and work in the wilds of West Cork, where we are slowly restoring an old cottage and eventually a studio too.
Much of what I share comes from this in-between space — between canvas and thought , between wild and solitude. It lies between finished and unfinished, from my connection to the surrounding landscape and a sense of place.
About the print
Each month includes a small printed piece of my work.
Some are drawn from current paintings, others from earlier pieces — often as fragments or details.
These prints are created especially for the letter and are not sold elsewhere.
